“From Zero to Hero, It’s All In Your Head” is the theme of this year’s Community Health Foundation’s Annual CHF Celebrates, on Thursday, April 3rd. The event is open to anyone who would like to enjoy an evening of fun, food and friends.
Keynote speaker Amy Dee has been described by her audiences as “funny, dynamic, engaging, and educational”. Drawing on her career as a psychiatric nurse, Amy turns advanced behavioral science into practical “retrain your brain” techniques for keeping negative thoughts from creating crazy-toxic emotions and situations at home and at work. From interacting with difficult people and coworkers, to coping with the epidemic overload of paperwork, processes, and long hours, she has a genius for using humor to reveal our profound power to stay sane by making small, personal choices each day that wind up changing … everything!
A humorist, motivational speaker, and registered nurse with wisdom to share, Amy says, “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at, change!”.
The reception begins at 5:30 pm with social time, live music, cocktails, and appetizers. A brief program highlighting the work of CHF will precede Amy’s presentation.
